On Thursday, the DC glitterati ascended on the National Building Museum for the much anticipated unveiling of the all-new Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 during the MBEvolutionTour. I guess you could say we were driven to it.
Young the Giant took center stage to celebrate the tour with throngs of lucky guests dancing to their high energy show. The mood of the crowd was electric, with the musical beats matching the speed of the vehicle’s advertised MPH. The latest luxury car from Mercedes Benz is definitely poised to attract the next generation of drivers with its sleek design and detailed chrome grill. Though it won’t make navigating the political land-mines of Washington any easier, the CLA will definitely make the ride a lot more fun.
The tour which kicked off in New York, has made stops in Atlanta, Miami, Dallas, Chicago and now D.C. It will continue to San Francisco, Los Angeles and New Orleans and feature rotating headlining performances by Young the Giant, Alabama Shakes and Mayer Hawthorne. The event tickets were available exclusively through local market test-drives and a social media campaign at http://www.mbevolutiontour.com #MBEvolutionTour
